Chad graduated from St. Leo University with a degree in Business Administration in 2001 where he was also on scholarship to play baseball. After graduating, he immediately went into the Ironworker’s Local #397 apprenticeship program and acquired Journeyman status in June of 2004. His intentions were to acquire field experience, including being a certified welder, to prepare him for his present position over the sales and estimating department. This experience allows him and his team to take on even the most challenging projects with confidence.
